本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓（U0/U）450/750V及一次啊的電器儀表、配電裝置的信號傳輸、控制和測量系統�？蓮V泛應用于冶金、電力、石油、化工等各種領(lǐng)域。
This product is suitable for the signal transmission, control and measurement system of electrical instruments and power distribution devices with AC rated voltage (U0/U) 450/750V and one-time. It can be widely used in various fields such as metallurgy, electric power, petroleum and chemical industry.
使用特性Use characteristics
1、電纜額定電壓U0/U：450/750V
Rated cable voltage U0/U: 450/750V
U0-電纜設計用的導體對地域金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓；
U0-The rated power frequency voltage between the conductor used in the cable design and the regional metal shield
U-電纜設計用的導體間的額定工頻電壓；
U- rated power frequency voltage between conductors used in cable design;
2、電纜正常運行時(shí)導體很高工作溫度：交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣為90℃；聚氯乙烯絕緣為70℃。
The maximum working temperature of the conductor during the normal operation of the cable: 90°C for cross-linked polyethylene insulation; 70°C for polyvinyl chloride insulation.
3、電纜短路時(shí)導體很高溫度：交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣為250℃；聚氯乙烯絕緣為160℃（短路很長(cháng)持續時(shí)間為5秒）。
The maximum temperature of the conductor when the cable is short-circuited: 250°C for cross-linked polyethylene insulation; 160°C for polyvinyl chloride insulation (the longest short-circuit duration is 5 seconds).
4、電纜安裝時(shí)很小彎曲半徑：
Minimum bending radius during cable installation：
有鎧裝或繞包屏蔽結構的電纜應不小于電纜外徑的12倍；
Cables with armored or wrapped shielding structure should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;
其余結構電纜應不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
Other structural cables should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
5、電纜的很低允許敷設溫度：敷設時(shí)電纜溫度不低于0℃，環(huán)境溫度低于0℃時(shí)，應對電纜進(jìn)行預熱。
The minimum allowable laying temperature of the cable: the temperature of the cable shall not be lower than 0℃ during laying, and the cable should be preheated when the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃.
6、電纜絕緣電阻：很高額定溫度時(shí)。體積電阻率r不低于1012Ω.cm；絕緣電阻常數Ki不小于36.7MΩ.km。Cable insulation resistance: at the highest rated temperature. The volume resistivity r is not less than 1012Ω.cm; the insulation resistance constant Ki is not less than 36.7MΩ.km.

2、交流電壓試驗：A.C voltage test
額定電壓450/750V成品電纜應能經(jīng)受工頻3000V電壓試驗5min不擊穿。
The finished cable with rated voltage of 450/750V should be able to withstand the power frequency 3000V voltage test for 5 minutes without breakdown.
